Record of events:
2 Mar 45 - Continuous enemy shelling in Hemmerden from 0900 until 1500 resulted in the loss of 2 ambs and the kitchen truck. At 1400 an enemy howitzer shell landed in Co CP caused slight injury to one man (1st Sgt Howard). Co moved fr Hemmerden, Germany, wF1981 at 1830 to Luttenglehn, Germany, where Collection Station was set up in a house. Transportation was provided for this Co in move fr Hemmerden by Co D of this Bn. Luttenglehn, Germany, wF2086, 3 Mar 45, Three Army Ambs fr 565 Med Bn now being used by this Co as replacement for those knocked out of action.
