Record of events: Co continued attack from OPL at 2100 12 Jul 44, attack West with mission to clear peninsula to a point about 800 yds. Co was held up by tanks sat 2300. Withdrew to OPL position and attacked at 0800 13 Jul 44 with no opposition, captured and held objective until 1900 when Co went to Div Reserve with rest of Bn.
