Station: 4/10 mile north-east of Hébronval, Belgium1, vP6386
Record of events: Bn in direct support of 331st Inf in VII Corps, First Army. XXIst Army Grp sector. Elements of 331st Inf captured high ground and secured point in which the main escape route of the German Army between Houffalize - St. Vith highway. No enemy air activity over area during period. Usual harassing fires maintained throughout night. Weather: Snowshowers in afternoon, changing to high winds and driving snow during early evening hours. Colder. Health of Command: Good. Daily inspection of feet discloses no trench foot has appeared in command. Prevalence of common cold diminishing within command. Morale: Excellent in view of adverse weather conditions and cold. Casualties: None.
