Usual harassing fires were fired on enemy troops and installations during period. No enemy air activity. No counter-btry fire in area during day. Activity restricted by severity of weather. Weather: Light snowshowers accompanied by high winds causing drifting snow and limiting visibility to nearby objects. Colder. Morale: Excellent. Health of Command: Good. Casualties: Cpl George L. Bireline, Btry A, 35542920, LWA, remained duty. Shell fragment in right chest. Awarded Purple Heart No 376272, by Bn Surgeon under prov of Cir 62, ETO USA 1944.
